**Summary**

**Type**: Intern

**Wage**: $22 per hour

**Shifts**: Monday to Friday, Dayshift(no more than 30 hours a week)

**Essential Functions**
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
- Handle the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
- Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards.
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- A valid Driver's license needed ( Class G2 or above).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference for experience showing leadership capabilities
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Personal initiative, ability to present and effectively interact with all levels of management and customers
- Demonstrates analytical skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects
- Ability to display confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly and establishing a strong customer rapport
- Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required Currently enrolled toward a degree
- Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required
