**Position Summary**

We are looking for 1 person to work during the summer months, who will work closely with our Maintenance team to help contribute to the quality of life for the seniors that reside within our Strathcona County and Fort Saskatchewan lodges.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures all grounds keeping, caretaking, and maintenance tasks are handled in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
- Maintains a preventive maintenance program for the building by regular checks of building, grounds, systems and machinery.
- Familiar with proper maintenance of all emergency systems.
- Performs minor maintenance/repairs to building.

**Requirements**:

- Youth aged 15 to 30 years, per Canada Summer Job requirement
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and be legally entitled to work as per Canada Summer Job requirements
- Hardworking, energetic and willing to work with seniors
- Travel between properties may be required

**Location and Hours**
- Located at our Silver Birch Lodge
- This position may require travel between our facilities in Sherwood Park, and potentially Fort Saskatchewan
- 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
