**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance, including working with logic controllers.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support ongoing maintenance efforts.
- Supervise maintenance projects as required, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations.
**Requirements**:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead small teams when necessary.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
