**Who We are**

Tankwise Inc. is a family-owned heavy equipment repair shop located in Guelph, ON. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Associate to join our team. This would be the perfect position for a 310T or 310J who would like to get off the shop floor and into a position that is less physically demanding.

**Overview**
The position is full time, permanent, working day shift from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The Parts Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work alongside our mechanics and will be the main point of contact for our vendors. We are seeking a self starter who has impeccable organizational skills. Our Parts Department is currently undergoing a major revamp and we are seeking an individual who can facilitate this reorganization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the daily functions of the Parts Department including but not limited to maintain inventory count and stock, source and procure parts, receive and distribute parts as required.
- Responsible for ordering stock and non-inventory parts from vendors, ensuring the best quality part at a fair price.
- Ensure parts are labelled and entered into software correctly
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels to minimize overstocking and understocking to meet customer demands.
- Conduct regular inventory audits (quarterly cycle counts) to identify accuracy and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Service Department & technicians to ensure coordination of parts requirements.
- Supplying technicians with parts ordered through parts requisition forms and billing said parts to customer work orders
- Supply customers with parts directly and create work order
- Responsible for core returns, buyback returns, all outgoing credits to the manufacturer.
- Deliver/pickup parts as required
- Perform quarterly inventory counts
- Maintain a safe, clean, productive work area
- Other various duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in truck counter sales (automotive parts counter sales may be considered)
- G license
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self starter with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
