**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Operate a variety of equipment in the Thoume Construction fleet to efficiently complete each project.
- Daily maintenance and visual inspection of equipment, including checking fluid levels, greasing equipment and shovelings tracks
- **Read and interpret construction plans in order to carry out required tasks**:

- Coordinate with your team members to develop a safe and efficient plan to complete required tasks for each project
- **Excavate foundations to grade, backfilling and compacting around foundations**:

- **Trenching for sewer, water, storm and electrical services at grade**:

- **Grading topsoil with the use of a mini ex, dozer and skid steer**:

- Completing all tasks in a safe and healthy manner according to company policies and procedures
- **Working long hours, 5 days a week**:

- Doing what is needed to get the job done on schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
