Ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner Perform Parts Operations functions including processing shop orders, handling stock order receipts, delivering Parts internally, and processing transfers Practice effective housekeeping in the Parts department including the organization of inventory, safe packaging and shipping of dangerous goods, and operating a Lift truck Help maintain the Parts physical and electronic inventory Provide support for shop and field service manager as required Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency Parts orders on a rotating basis Must-haves for this role: Minimum secondary education Some Parts experience – ideally one or more year About Toromont Cat With over 4,000 employees and 56 locations from Manitoba to Newfoundland, Toromont Cat has a proven track record, industry knowledge, dealership infrastructure, and service mindset to ensure our Construction, Mining, and Power Generation customers succeed.
