**THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document and manage requirements for technology initiatives. Translate business needs into technical specifications for system enhancements. Define criteria for successful implementation.
- Workflow and Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design efficient workflows. Prepare diagrams and other visual information to aid in understanding of processes by both business users and technology teams.
- Business Teams Support: Participate in activities that support the success of our business teams in using technology including training, UAT, workshops, change management, data management, and reporting.
- IS Team Support: Work with product owners, developers, QA, data analysts, and others to ensure understanding of the business requirements and processes across systems and BI. Facilitate communication with the business teams.
- System Integration and Optimization: Work on initiatives related to the efficient operation, data integrity, and automation of our systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in creating business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, user stories, and the like.
- Ability to facilitate workshops for business stakeholders to elicit requirements, discover workflows or work towards a shared understanding of issues.
- Experience in creating workflow diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Excellent written and communication skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation. A great listener with strong interpersonal skills.
- Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
