**Kre8tive Agency**, a locally owned, St. Albert-based digital marketing agency, is looking for a **Digital Strategist** to join their growing team.

The Digital Strategist is responsible for developing strategy and executing high-performing campaigns that drive business results. The incumbent will strategize, implement, and report on paid and organic campaigns across a variety of platforms and tactics such as Google, Paid Search, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and more.

**You may be a good fit for this role if you have**
- College diploma, University degree, or equivalent in relevant job-related experience
- 4+ years experience working in Digital Marketing
- Proven track record executing campaigns for results
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook / Google
- Knowledge of SEM/PPC/CPM trends
- Access to reliable internet and comfortable/efficient workspace

**The Role**:

- Develop digital strategy and execution to drive business results
- Deliver positive ROI and lead generation results through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with Senior Strategists and Department Leaders to develop effective channel strategies that hit performance KPIs
- Work closely with Project Managers to guarantee client expectations are met in a timely manner and within budget.
- Support client communications and attend calls as needed to communicate performance levels, results, and recommendations
- Provide clients with valuable business insights based on campaign results via effective reports and presentations
- Mentor team members, providing feedback and platform-specific best practices to ensure successful campaign results
- Act as quality control on campaign set-ups, execution, and optimization
- Solve problems across a variety of areas such as technical, performance and business objectives
- Analyze data to present strategic recommendations
- Stay current on the latest trends in digital advertising and e-Commerce tactics, sharing updates with the wider team and utilizing new tactics to accounts

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

- Digital marketing: 4 years (required)
