**Job purpose**
To find new business solutions in ERP and EDI process according to company objectives
**Duties and Responsibilities**
The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provides process, leadership, and project management to develop policies, procedures and standards based on ERP best practice and ensures conformance with departmental and enterprise objectives.
- Proposes, leads, and implements scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions and projects meeting internal and external customers’ objectives.
- Analyzes problems/needs, research possible solutions and implementations using existing functionality; implements, tests, and presents solutions and recommends customizations if necessary.
- Documents detailed functional and design specifications and adheres to ERP and EDI methodology or standards.
- Responsible for the overall ERP and EDI Program of work, ensuring that all ERP and EDI -related projects are aligned with the program objectives, benefits, strategic direction of the organization, and corporate strategic plans.
- Provide vision, roadmap, and overall leadership of the ERP program to all related project staff and resources, including the project managers, analysts, technical resources, business teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of outcomes of the program.
- Serve as a change leader who will promote change methodologies and mindset across the corporation by collaborating with leaders and managers across the city to enable maturity and system changes. Lead the development and execution of the Change Management Strategy across the entire organization to ensure/enhance organizational adoption.
- Consult, advise, coach and mentor business units across the organization about the ERP and EDI Program.
- Build consensus among stakeholders influencing business planning and decisions on all ERP-related items
- Lead and be accountable for the development and implementation of the ERP Program across the organization.
- Develop collaborative partnerships on matters relating to the ERP Program and Change Management Strategy.
- Provide visible and positive leadership, developing and nurturing a work environment that is inclusive, respectful, and motivating for staff.
- Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
- Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
- Approve the vacation requests.
- Carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
- Issue disciplinary action when needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Experience related to the duties listed above, normally accompanied by a University Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Business Central or Microsoft Dynamic ERP system in manufacturing environment
- Must have an experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders on a variety of issues.
- Excellent change management and leadership skills with experience in managing complex situations while maintaining focus on the program’s objectives.
- Excellent understanding of maturity models and continuous improvement.
- Considerable experience leading corporate-wide initiatives in a public sector or municipal setting
- Experience leading, managing, and motivating high-performing teams
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, conflict management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to set priorities, manage time and comply with deadlines under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
