**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that span digital channels, targeting our key audience segments.
- Leverage your 3+ years of experience in demand generation within the B2B tech to create campaigns that align with our business goals, generate leads and pipeline, and nurture prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Support our multi-touch and multi-channel strategic campaigns (including events), targeting customer expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Partner with our agencies to manage and optimize campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, utilizing your experience in paid digital channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product updates, sales initiatives, and overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments and optimizations.
- Leverage your knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) to contribute to the development of personalized campaigns that cater to specific target accounts and decision-makers.
- Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of overall marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in demand generation within a B2B tech company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing paid digital channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
