**Titan Microsystems continues to grow As a successful IT Managed Service Provider, Titan Micro is seeking a career minded individual with 5 plus years experience to fill a position within the company as an Intermediate Computer Technician.**

**Required Skills**:
2) Excellent communication skills

3) Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange (onsite and 365)

4) Solid knowledge of basic networking topology including switches and routers

5) The ability to troubleshoot computer issues over the phone and via remote assist

6) Basic hardware skills (can build and repair desktops)

7) Basic software skills (troubleshoot issues with Office, Adobe and other desktop software)

8) Skills with Apple products are a plus

1) A current driver’s license and reliable car

2) To be able to pass a police background check

3) Be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
