RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations.
- Coordinate and confirm spa appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide knowledgeable information about spa services, products, and amenities.
- Support retail sales by maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
- Ensure all guest areas, including change rooms, lockers, and relaxation spaces, are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Process payments and check-outs using the Spa’s point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Answer phone inquiries promptly using the Grotto Spa standard greeting.
- Maintain awareness of guest schedules and special requests to ensure personalized service.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to uphold the highest service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude that contributes to a healthy, friendly, and supportive workplace.
- Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- A collaborative team player who demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and initiative.
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments considered an asset.

Full Time, Varied, Days, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

**Pay Rate**$18.00 per hour plus gratuities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
