JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Breakfast Cook specializes in preparing high-quality breakfast dishes that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and timeliness. This role involves prepping ingredients, cooking to order in a fast-paced environment, and working collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The Breakfast Cook will maintain a clean and safe work environment, uphold high service and quality standards, and contribute to a positive, creative, and team-focused kitchen culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare ingredients for recipes or service.
- Cook breakfast menu items to order, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow recipes and specifications for food delivery, taste, and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members and leadership.
- Support kitchen operations during peak service periods.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong food preparation skills, including knife skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Previous breakfast cooking experience (asset).
- Ability to deliver consistent results under high-pressure and busy conditions.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Full Time, Varied, Days, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays
**Pay Rate**$21.50 - $25.50 per hour plus gratuities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.50-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
