OR An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a field relevant to the position. Degree equivalency - Significant* experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, or providing detailed support software and/or hardware. - Significant* experience providing technical assistance, training and advice to clients. - Significative experience is defined as experience associated with having performed this function for one (1) year within the past three (3) years. - Experience in an IT service desk environment, handling phone-based support requests, and utilizing IT service managements tools (ITSM) for incident and service management. - Experience documenting user and troubleshooting guides as well as writing installation procedures. - Experience with local area network (LAN) and wise area network (WAN) connectivity. - Experience in supporting mobile device in a decentralized organization. **The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)**: Various language requirements English or French essential Bilingual BBB/BBB Information on language requirements - Knowledge of computer troubleshooting principles and concepts. - Knowledge of managing Microsoft services, including Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and the Microsoft 365 suite. - Knowledge of ITIL
