Notre mission est de réduire l'épuisement professionnel des cliniciens en automatisant la documentation et en favorisant des soins centrés sur le patient. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un membre d'équipe dynamique et bilingue pour soutenir nos clients et contribuer à l'exploitation du système.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- ** Soutien à la clientèle**:
Fournir un soutien rapide et professionnel aux utilisateurs anglophones et francophones par courriel, via Intercom et HubSpot. Répondre aux demandes de service, résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux questions relatives à l’expiration des essais et à la connexion.
- ** Gestion des modèles**:
Collaborer à la création et à la modification de modèles de documentation clinique basés sur l’IA.

Traduire et adapter les modèles pour les utilisateurs francophones.
- ** Exploitation et vérification du système**:
Rapprocher et auditer les données des utilisateurs dans nos systèmes et notre CRM.

Surveiller l’utilisation des essais, les activités de connexion et prendre en charge les déclencheurs de flux de travail. Traductions et support de contenu:
Contribuer aux traductions canadiennes des modèles, des communications clients et des outils marketing/ventes dans HubSpot.
- ** Autres tâches**:
Soutenir les projets opérationnels et de réussite de la clientèle, selon les besoins.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Bilingue**: Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)**:

- ** Formation**: Diplôme technique en santé, administration de la santé ou domaine connexe. Parfait, mais pas obligatoire
- ** Expérience**: de 1 à 2 ans dans le secteur de la santé ou en contact direct avec la clientèl
- Maîtrise des technologies et aisance avec des outils comme Microsoft Office, HubSpot et Stripe (formation dispensée)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et souci du détail
- Autonome et capable de travailler de manière autonome à distance
- Intérêt pour les médias sociaux et la culture des startups : un atout

**Compétences additionnelles (atouts)**:

- Expérience de travail dans une startup ou un environnement technologique
- Maîtrise des flux de travail cliniques ou de la documentation médicale numérique
- Conception graphique ou rédaction de contenu de base pour les médias sociaux
