Eagle West Crane & Rigging a division of TNT Crane & Rigging Canada Inc. is now looking to hire a Crane & Rigging Supervisor to join our Abbotsford team.

**Summary**:You will be reporting to the Abbotsford Branch Manager. The Crane and Rigging Supervisor is responsible for the Supervision and participation of all crane related operations.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Valid Crane Ticket
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both team members and customers
- Ability to maintain an everchanging schedule based on demand
- Ability to evaluate jobs to ensure that the proper equipment, rigging and personnel are sent to perform the job

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as Site Foreman and Lift Supervisor as requested
- Responsible for ongoing supervision and/or training of field workers
- Observe and enforce all company policies and government safety regulations on sites
- Available to assist in crane operating when required
- Sales & Support of company’s products and service - Resolve customer concerns and perform credit duties as required
- Responsible for maintaining and following up on all sales leads
- Responsible for meeting with Customers and Company Reps, assessing their requirements, generating quotes and following up
- Responsible to submit all site and customer information to operations personnel in a timely fashion to allow them to service the customers effectively
- Responsible for Sales activities in accordance with the department goals and objectives
- Attend and participate at sales/operations meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively with Operators and Office Staff
- Any other duties assigned by Management
