Creation of a flawless, highly-detailed tech pack is crucial to producing a great product. To that end, this role will require working closely with our talented design team and organized operations team to make all our best ideas come to life This is a position for a person with **a keen eye for detail, a desire to learn more about the fashion industry, and some basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator**.

**Duties**
- Coordinating information from the design, sales, and operations departments to create a comprehensive list of all products being sampled for each season
- Gathering all data and digital assets needed to produce tech packs for each client
- Producing detailed tech packs of each style approved by clients
- Proofreading the tech packs prior to submission
- Submitting tech packs to factories and communicating with factory contacts to ensure full understanding
- Tracking feedback from factories, sales department, and clients, and executing tech pack updates from the design team
- Keeping the Dropbox folders organized with appropriate archive and version-control system
- Tracking sample deliveries and approvals for each style

**Qualifications required or desired**:

- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Bachelor of Business Administration or similar, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar design program
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Knowledge of apparel or têxtile manufacturing is a strong asset

Working as a hybrid office/remote company, Rove is spread across North America.

The Rove Canada team primarily takes care of the operations end of the business, bringing projects from the design and sales team to life by facilitating the lifecycle of physical goods, from factory to delivery.

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
