We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Bilingual) to join our team in Toronto.

**The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Bilingual) will**:

- Partner with business leaders to understand and to develop their solutions for their specific recruiting needs. Implement recruiting strategies that are aligned with each line of business.
- Drive performance and ensure talent acquisition specialist team is meeting business objectives by implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy across their portfolio.
- Act as an ambassador for People Corporation; Educate the market on People Corporations culture, career growth, benefits and the many advantages of working for People Corporation.
- Establish strong relationships with the team and hiring managers to foster a partnership throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct compensation conversations with both People Services team and hiring managers to ensure internal and external equity.
- Track recruiting metrics to determine efficiencies and areas for improvement - provide updates to senior management.
- Cultivate an environment that motivates the team and nurtures a workforce focused on high performance.

**T**o be successful **as a **Manager, Talent Acquisition **(Bilingual) **with People Corporation, you will need**:

- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience working in a high growth environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Ability to conduct interviews, communicate, and build relationships in both languages.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for talent acquisition, with a genuine interest in connecting the right individuals with the right opportunities.
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, quick learner, and ambitious.
- Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**- Experience recruiting for financial sector/insurance industry considered an asset.
- CHRP and/or RPR designation in progress considered an asset.
