**Family Reunification Facilitator - Life Skills & Psychoeducational Programs**

Key Responsibilities:
**Program Facilitation**: Deliver structured group sessions focused on life skills, psycho-education, parenting strategies, and anger management using evidence-based approaches.

**Cultural Competency**: Ensure program delivery is culturally responsive of Indigenous traditions, values, and ways of knowing.

**Participant Engagement**:Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages meaningful participation and personal growth.

**Assessment & Adaptation**: Assess the needs of participants and adapt session content to address diverse learning styles and unique challenges.

**Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of participant progress, program outcomes, and required reports in accordance with organizational policies.

**Professional Development**:Stay current with best practices in facilitation, trauma-informed care, and culturally appropriate intervention strategies.
