As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’re instrumental in driving our business forward You will be responsible for building relationships, driving recruitment activities in your region, and working with other human resources professionals on national initiatives. You are ideally someone who shares our passion for agriculture and farming the future with Manitoba communities

**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager with a dotted line to the Manitoba Business Unit Manager, you will drive recruitment and onboarding for Manitoba with the objectives of maximizing our employee’s on-farm presence, sales volume, and customer retention:

- Support managers with career fairs and other recruitment opportunities
- Assist with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and health and safety regulations for Manitoba
- Represent Timac Agro Canada at industry events across Manitoba and act as a brand ambassador to attract talent
- Other ad-hoc tasks to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations of a rapidly expanding organization in Canada
- You will work with Timac Agro’s Canadian and International network of stakeholders to drive innovation, best practices, and a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- An academic and/or professional background in Human Resources
- Efficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programs. Experience in Rise360 and cornerstone are considered assets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for efficient internal and external communications.
- Understanding of Manitoba labour legislation is considered a strong asset.
- Highly self motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently in a highly autonomous role
- Organized, detail oriented and timely in the completion of administrative protocols and reports with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Experience with talent acquisition within the agriculture industry is considered an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence.
