As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in our daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with drivers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to arrange shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and track the movement of shipments to ensure they adhere to schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in the optimization of transportation routes and load consolidation to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to shipments, expenses, and transportation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide logistics support and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
