Di Menna is a busy family-owned Italian restaurant in Saint-Léonard serving dine-in, events, bar service and a simultaneous delivery/takeout operation. As a Line Cook you will:

- Run a designated hot or finishing station (grill, sauté, pasta, pizza finishing, etc.) during service and deliver consistent, high-quality plates.
- Read and execute tickets quickly while maintaining correct portions and presentation.
- Complete mise en place and prep tasks before service; help with inventory rotation and report shortages.
- Follow sanitation and HACCP/food-safety procedures; maintain a clean, organized station and assist in closing duties.
- Communicate clearly with the head chef, kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service during shifts and events.
- Be available for peak evening and weekend shifts and occasional private events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
