Fulfilling daily job tasks effectively while performing exceptional customer service to patrons and staff. To ensure staff competency and safety. To lead staff respectfully providing the proper tools for continuing the business and staff success.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Creating weekly PO’s for Liquor & Beer orders and Pepsi product ordering
- Promptly address any customer or staff concerns in the most appropriate and professional action
- Provide staff with proper training, tools and information through staff communication books, staff meetings and consistent daily communication
- Report any immediate concerns or problems that needs to be addressed to the F&B Manager
- Communicate all Hotel memos with staff, having each memo signed by all staff
- Monitor daily staff duties & responsibilities, encourage and praise excellent work, correct any necessary actions and lead by example.
- Performing management operating system tasks such as; voids, spillages, re opening checks, etc
- Performing as acting Manager, ensuring the Dining Room is performing at 100%
- Assist with Server/Bartender duties and responsibilities if and when needed
- Table touches, checking up with patrons to make sure they are being given excellent service
- Report any maintenance issues in writing. Filling out a maintenance report form.
- Promote through _**Constant**_ active social media and daily specials.
- Responsible to assist in Banquets Department
- Responsible for completed daily server/bartender tasks, duties and open/close checklists
- Responsible for proper product inventory and restock at the beginning of each shift
- Responsible for proper counts, cash-outs and PO’s at the end of each shift

**Credentials**
- Pro Serve
- Pro Tech (not needed, a good asset to have)
- Updated Criminal Record Check

**Education**
- Grade 12 or equivalent of
- 1 - 2 years of leadership experience in the Service Industry

**Qualifications**
- Clean Criminal Record Report
- Must be exceptional with oral and written communications in fluent English
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have up to date Pro Serve
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and staff
- Possess and provide exceptional Leadership attributes to staff
- Ability to problem solve effectively and professionally under pressure, as well diffuse patron/staff related incidents and altercations,
- Must be self-driven, detail orientated and extremely organized
- Complete daily duties and responsibilities in a timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
