**Job Purpose**

**Structure & Schedule**

E-Commerce Customer Service Representative will work as a team with Web Operations team to serve e-commerce customer with exceptionally fast and accurate order processing.

E-Commerce Customer Service Representative is scheduled on a 5-on-2-off. Requires availability Sunday to Saturday with evening or morning shifts. (Evening shifts are 11:30am - 8:00pm. Morning shifts are 8:00am - 4:30pm).

**Responsibilities and Duties**

E-Commerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for these 3 areas of web shipping functions with objectives:
- To ensure every Customer request is met with the highest quality
- Returns & Exchanges_
- To ensure all orders are staged appropriately in an organized manner and to communicate effectively the next action for Web Team
- To provide quick and effective communication with Customers concerning their order and follow-up
- Exceptions_
- Any exceptions regarding Customer orders are followed through to completion. Requiring numerous administrative tasks that go along with meeting these exceptions.

- Highly organized
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Aptitude with computer software systems
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Quick learner

**Preferred**:

- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in Pet Industry
