**JOB DESCRIPTION**

In this role, you will interact with customers entering and exiting the showroom with a high level of professionalism while responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you are passionate about learning new systems, helping others, have a positive attitude, and effectively set priorities to meet deadlines and sales targets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Greeting and interacting with customers entering/exiting the showroom
- Helping customers in the showroom
- Manage product listings: Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for online visibility
- Handle customer inquiries: Assist customers with their online purchases, resolve issues, and answer questions about products or orders
- Support digital marketing efforts
- Data entry
- Maintaining showroom appearance, completing daily opening and closing tasks
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem solve and be attentive to details
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Assist other areas as required
- Self-motivated; work independently with mínimal supervision to complete tasks
- Produce reports and meet targets

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1+ years' experience in customer service, retail showroom, or office environment
- 1+ years' experience in a sales role along with online sales experience

**EDUCATION**
- High School Diploma
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate (preferred)

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
