**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and maintaining the online store on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience.
- Crafting engaging, accurate, and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Developing content for the website and marketing materials, ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance.
- Implementing and optimizing e-commerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order values.
- Analyzing performance metrics and utilizing data-driven insights to drive business decisions and website enhancements.
- Utilizing web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, to monitor and analyze website performance.
- Implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Working closely with buyers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and product launches.
- Staying up to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to continuously improve our online presence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory is up-to-date and accurately reflected on the website.
- Assisting in additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO best practices.
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience working with Photoshop.
- Experience with HTML, CSS.
- Experience with Workfront or other Project Management Tools.
- Experience in retail is considered an asset.
