Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries and forward messages to appropriate team members
Assist in drafting and proofreading outgoing correspondence
Marketing Posts:Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts and promotional materials
Schedule and publish content across various platforms
Track and report on post performance and engagement metrics
Client and Lead Follow-up:Maintain and update client and lead database
Assist in nurturing relationships and converting leads into customers
Bookkeeping:Record and maintain financial transactions
Prepare and review invoices and receipts
Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts
Property Management:Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests
Liaise with tenants, vendors, and contractors
Assist in managing lease agreements, rent collection, and property inspections
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in bookkeeping and property management is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC J3V 5J1
