**Sales Associate - New Homes Sales**

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Crystal Creek Homes in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience for our homeowners
- Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities and set appointments
- Maintain working relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure that they continue to receive exceptional customer service throughout the construction of their new home
- Assist Area Sales Manager with day to day tasks & responsibilities
- Photograph and communicate construction updates on a weekly basis
- Gather and log information on perspective clients, sales center traffic and community updates
- Maintain show home and sales center marketing materials
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and training opportunities
- Work closely with Area Sales Manager and/or Host partners to maintain an efficient and productive sales center

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service or new home sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software would be an asset
- Accountability and a strong sense of integrity
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team

This position requires a personable and professional individual with interpersonal skills, time management and organizational expertise. There is excellent earning potential for a highly motivated induvial. You will be required to maintain show home hours that include both evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
