**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and restaurant policies regarding food handling.

**Skills**
- Strong cooking skills with experience in grilling techniques.
- Knowledge of food preparation methods and kitchen equipment operation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
