**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and diagnose vehicle issues
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance and provide accurate estimates for cost and time
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations regarding vehicle turnaround time
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and communicate updates to customers
- Review service invoices and ensure accuracy before presenting them to customers for payment
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of automotive products and services
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and automotive software programs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Working Conditions: The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced automotive repair shop environment. This position requires standing for extended periods, working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and occasionally lifting heavy items. The Service Advisor must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
