**Front Office Receptionist / Shipping & Administrative Support**
**Overview**:
The Front Office Receptionist / Shipping & Administrative Support serves as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office, HR, and shipping operations. This role ensures smooth communication across departments and contributes to a welcoming, efficient workplace environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Office & Reception**:
- Greet and assist visitors and vendors as the company’s first point of contact.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- **Shipping & Logistics Support**:
- Handle light shipping and logistics administration, including booking pickups, preparing bills of lading (BOLs), printing labels, and communicating with carriers and customers.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- **HR & Administrative Support**:
- Assist HR with onboarding packets, training reminders, file organization, and document updates.
- Support planning and coordination of internal team events and employee engagement activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Previous experience in reception, shipping/logistics coordination, or administrative support preferred.
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
