**Responsibilities**:

- Provides support to office staff ensuring training and productivity levels are maintained
- Coordinate staffing schedules, assist the management team with employee-related issues
- Provides a high level of customer service through education of both buyers and sellers on auction policies and procedures, addressing concerns, and completing requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Other duties may as assigned

**Educational **Experience Requirements**:

- High School diploma with Post Secondary School continuing education
- Auction and supervisory skills are a definite asset
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service skills/experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining motivated teams is a definite asset
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- $1000 sign on bonus
