**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and community outreach
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and strengthen our presence in the senior care market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, referral partners, and community organizations
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for executive leadership and potential partners
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the senior care and home support space

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or community relations within a service-based industry
- **Success in this role requires experience in the senior living and home care space — and a heartfelt understanding of the unique needs of seniors and their loved ones**:

- Passionate about connecting with people and building lasting partnerships, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to organizational growth
- Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously

**This role is ideal for** a proactive professional eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors by leveraging their strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and industry knowledge to help Rent A Daughter continue to grow and serve with compassion.
