We provide hands-on training to the right individual who demonstrates reliability, integrity, a strong work ethic, and proven skills in MS Office 365, teamwork, and initiative.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**:
**Order and Invoice Management**
- Create Excel spreadsheets for weekly order entry.
- Collect, enter and maintain customer orders accurately using advanced Excel skills.
- Process invoices efficiently with Great Plains software.

**Shipping Labels & Paperwork**
- Print & compile customer invoices and shipping labels.
- Adjust invoices and shipping labels per product inventory.

**Item Inventory Management**
- Manage product specs for accuracy in Great Plains.
- Cross check product specs with Production team for accuracy.

**Sales Data Reporting**
- Compile weekly sales data for various customers.

**Issuing Credits**
- Compiling, creating and sending credits to customers.

**Cataloguing Product**
- Photographing weekly product, creating a digital catalogue and maintaining spec sheet databases.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education and Experience**
- 1 - 2 years of administrative support experience or relevant education/experience in a similar role, with sales experience as an asset.

**Technical Proficiency**
- Superior skills in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and experience with invoicing software (Great Plains specific considered a bonus)

**Detail-Oriented and Organized**
- Strong multitasking abilities, reliability, punctuality, and capability to meet timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Customer and Team Focus**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting the Sales team and collaborating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

**Professionalism and Initiative**
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor, with the ability to leverage digital tools and software to enhance efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
