MDR Transportation Limited is growing and searching for a strong communicator who is detail orientated to join our dynamic team Are you interested in a rewarding, challenging, and exciting career?

The Dispatch is responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with multiple drivers to seamlessly coordinate them to successfully service customer loads. Monitor logistic transactions in the evening while communicating effectively and efficiently both internally and externally to achieve high levels of service.

Responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with drivers regularly to ensure on-time delivery, sending and receiving all information relevant to the driver performing his/her duties within the Company and customer requirements
- Handling all driver-related satellite messages or calls within assigned and overflow queues
- Reporting and documenting all customer service, planning, and driver-related issues to the appropriate personnel
- Preparing customs clearance paperwork and ensuring it has been submitted to the customs broker
- Following up with customs brokers to ensure clearances are completed in a timely manner
- Arranging and booking repairs for in-transit truck breakdowns - Analytical and critical thinking skills - Must have reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven team player with the ability to align position goals with corporate strategic goals
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispatch or planning role required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience would be an asset
- Some post-secondary education is an asset
- Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
