Join to apply for the Delivery Specialist role at Kirkland Lake Gold (KL). Responsibilities Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Support retail operations by maintaining merchandising and store upkeep. Deliver best‑in‑class service when delivering products to customers’ homes. Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite. Qualifications Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods. Excellent communicator, people‑ and results‑oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Some experience in a customer‑facing environment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
