You get to collect on varying stages of arrears and on accounts where a potential risk to the Bank is evident. These may include early stage, late stage, and charged off delinquencies. **Products You’ll Work** - Scotiabank Multi accounts (post charge off); - Scotiabank MasterCard portfolio (post charge off); - Tangerine MasterCard portfolio (pre and post charge off). **Experience You Need** - Proficiency with Avaya Dialer system, TSYS, CACS, Intralink, and Microsoft Word; - Proven track record of being resourceful and solution finder; - Strong reading, writing, communication, and due diligence skills; - Ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism; - Ability to skip trace and navigate credit bureaus; - Knowledge MOS Call Model is an asset; - Work full-time hours on a rotating shift schedule (see Hours of Operations section below); - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; - Committed to continuous growth and learning. **Some Other Requirements** - Bilingualism (English and French) required; - Minimum College education; - Minimum 12 month of experience in the Collection. **Hours You’ll Work**: - Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm (must be flexible to work between these hours); - Friday 8am to 4pm.
