**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at our London terminal.

This opportunity would be an exceptional entry level position for a person interested in becoming involved in the supply chain, logístical and transportation fields. The main purpose of this position would be to take a lead role in coordinating maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.

**Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift 8:30am to 5:00pm**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Track, organize, and schedule inspections and repairs for 80+ company owned trucks across our six terminals.
- Investigate, report, and schedule repairs for damaged equipment.
- Process electronic invoices and purchase orders and complete service calls for damaged trucks.
- Collaborate and communicate with the vendor to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Track mileages and uphold compliance standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous fleet maintenance experience is **an asset**:

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must maintain high levels of organization and communication
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines
