YOUR PURPOSES
- Greet customers, identify and meet their needs by offering the optimal solution;
- Provide service according to the company’s standards;
- Support the warehouse team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet, guide and advise customers with the ultimate purpose of making sales while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
- Analyze customers’ requests and propose various products and services tailored to their specific needs;
- Present and propose services of the SPI solution and describe their benefits;
- Meet customers’ demands and identify new business opportunities;
- Ensure that the established standards regarding branch organization are respected at all times (merchandizing, receiving and shipping, location maintenance and housekeeping, etc.);
- Attend various training sessions and look for new ideas and products;
- Act as support for the warehouse team when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- At ease with new technologies;
- Valid Drivers’ License.
