Office Administrator

**Responsibilities include**:
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Greeting visitors at the reception
- Scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Creating and sending out Fee Proposals
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Arranging travel and/or accommodations if need be
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Provide administrative support to other team members
- Other tasks as assigned
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- College Diploma or experience in office administration or relevant field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
**Core Competencies**
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, simultaneously
