**Location**: NewMarket-East Gwillimbury

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to clinic supervisor/manager, Medical Receptionist provide administrative support to the entire clinic, including but not limited to: register patients, answer phone, book appointments, follow up on consults/results
- Provide assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Perform other duties related to clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Completed post-secondary education/training - required
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience, including non-medical fields - an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn - required
- Proficient in computer, knowledge in EMR - an asset
- New grads welcome (training available)
