- JOINER (CABINETMAKER) TRADE CERTIFICATION

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- High attention to detail to ensure projects meet the design criteria for windows, hybrid curtain wall systems and door products as they relate to Provincial and Federal Building Codes and Industry Certification Standards
- Work with the Production Team to prepare reports and schedule estimated workstation hours to forecast start and completion dates.
- Keep clear records of inventory.
- Participating in all staff meetings to define problems and offer solutions

**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Redseal or secone-year is a must
- 3-5 years of experience, qualified in Millwork & Joinery
- Leadership ability
- Able to lift and move heavy units
- Must work well with others, be a strong team player, and take ownership & responsibility
- Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn new tasks, functions, policies, and procedures
