Full Job Description

Namor Cabinets and Millwork, a growing company specializing in custom millwork and cabinetry for retail, and commercial projects, is seeking full time, team oriented, experienced Cabinet Makers to join our team.

**Work Condition and Physical Capabilities**:
Fast-paced environment, manual dexterity, attention to detail, standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 45kg (100lbs)

**Education**:
Completion of high school

**Skills**:

- Must be a team player with the capacity to work under stressful situations
- Work within tight timelines meeting project hours to ensure margins are met
- Keep a safe working environment
- Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
- Trim, joint and fit parts together
- Set up and operate saws and other wood working machines to cut, shape, and form parts
- Operate tools
- Oral communication
- Working with others
- Problem solving
- Critical thinking
- Job task planning and organizing
