**Specific Accountabilities**:
The Professor will be responsible for providing academic leadership and for developing an effective environment through the design and revision of programs and courses, defining and evaluating learning outcomes, developing appropriate teaching and learning environments, and developing/selecting appropriate learning materials. You will be expected to support student learning and progress, as well as create assessments, rubrics, and evaluate student achievement.
Participating in the work of curriculum, program advisory and other committees, and keeping current in your field through consultation with business and industry representatives are essential components of these positions.
You will champion the development of customized training and educational programs in collaboration with public and private sector partners. Program promotion and student recruitment are essential areas of responsibility.

The incumbent reports to the Dean, Business, English & Liberal Studies working 40 hours per week. Salary range for this position is as per the Academic Collective Agreement - $66,555 to $115,378 - and will be determined at the point of hire based on our internal classification form.
**Qualifications**:
- Successful completion of a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management or equivalent is required
- Five years of industry-related experience in an executive position
- Current HRPA designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL)
- Be an effective role model in an educational setting and function effectively in a team environment
