Molly Tea is a beloved Shenzhen-founded international tea brand focused on high-quality Jasmine tea beverages. We’re excited to be opening our first BC location at Union Square in Richmond and looking for friendly, reliable **Tea Baristas** to join our grand opening team. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Drink Preparation**:

- Prepare milk teas, fruit teas, and other specialty drinks according to recipes.
- Maintain accuracy, speed, and quality during busy periods.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly attitude.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Handle transactions using the POS system accurately.

**Cleanliness & Organization**:

- Keep the work area, equipment, and store clean and organized at all times, including opening and closing shifts.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.

**Stock & Supplies**:

- Restock ingredients and packaging during shifts as needed.
- Notify the shift lead or manager when supplies run low.

**Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with fellow teammates including baristas, cashiers, and managers to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening or closing tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.**

**Qualifications**:

- Prior café, milk tea, or food & beverage experience preferred but not required — we’ll train you
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferably bilingual in English/Chinese but not required
