**Here is what to expect in your daily life if you join us**:

- Respond to calls for tenders in the company's fields of expertise (Structure, Municipal infrastructure and water treatment);
- Sort in the electronic tendering system the interesting proposals by analyzing the qualification criteria;
- Write and assemble service offers;
- Follow up and coordinate with internal and external collaborators;
- Coordinate the business development team to meet deadlines, complete the necessary documentation and keep the proposal calendar up to date;
- Ensure the updating of the proposal library (CV, project sheets, basic texts, etc.);
- Support the team in place in writing and revising content published on the various communication platforms used by the company (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.)
- All other related tasks.

**You are the person we are looking for if**:

- You hold an undergraduate university degree in a relevant field;
- You have 0 to 5 years of experience as a technical writer or in a similar role;
- You master the Office suite software (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Excel);
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills; You always have good time management and organization in order to guarantee compliance with the deadlines for submitting documents;
- You are recognized for your ability to take charge of files, work in collaboration and ensure coordination with technical colleagues both internally and externally.
