- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, machine performance, and any incidents or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing process.
**Skills**
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before they leave the production line.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Previous woodworking shop management experience
- Previous carpentry experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of CAD programs, excel as well as machine programing
- Amazing math skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- This is a working position with physical labour

Pay: $27.50-$42.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
