**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within the warehouse, utilizing various systems and equipment to enhance productivity.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Pick/Pack drop shipments.
- Print and close Orders in Warehouse System
- Route orders with Carriers
- Inventory adjustments
- Resolving any warehouse shipping errors with front office
- Help organize the warehouse prior to containers or shipments arriving.
- Assist in making sure that all packages are counted, labeled, and put away on the correct shelves in a timely manner.
- Bring correct and accurate paperwork to the front office with the correct locations when inventory is received.
- liaising with customers pickups and other departments
- maintaining statistical and financial records of all checks
- ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Any other duties that may be required by your manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in order picking, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as needed.

Pay: $2,868.67-$2,868.68 per month
