**Outreach Coordinator**
Full time | Hybrid | Travel required within York Region & South Simcoe
- We are seeking a passionate, organized, and people-focused Outreach Coordinator to lead and grow our community engagement efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, connecting with diverse communities, and driving impact through strategic outreach.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Manager of Community Programs, you will be responsible to design, develop, implement, and evaluate Seniors Wellness, Congregate Dining and/or Diversity programs including supervision of community program volunteers, and to foster CHATS’ role as a valued community partner through development and maintenance of community partnerships and key relationships.
- Full-time position, 35 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday with occasional work outside of business hours. _
- This is a Hybrid position, a mix of Home and office with work in the community - Georgina, Newmarket and Aurora with base location as CHATS Head Office - 240 Edward Street, Suite 1, Aurora, ON L4G 3S9. _

**Key responsibilities of the position**:

- Design, development, implementation and evaluation of high quality and safe Seniors Wellness, Congregate Dining and/or Diversity programs.
- Volunteer Management including program specific training and performance management in accordance with CHATS Volunteer Engagement Model.
- Development and maintenance of strategic community partners and relationships.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Social Service Worker diploma plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience with seniors and program delivery in the community or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Demonstrated success in development, implementation, and evaluation of congregate programming with a wellness or therapeutic focus.
- Experience in the supervision of volunteers.
- Exceptional communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate time management skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Current CPR/ First Aid certification.
- Current Safe Food Handler Certification.
- Functional Fitness Certification or equivalent.
- Fluency in other language(s) and cultural competency an asset
