We are currently hiring a **Security Officer** to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team**.**

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. If you are looking for a dynamic and entertaining environment to build your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**What you will be doing**
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
- Verify identification in compliance with provincial legislative and Chances/Berezan standards.
- Ensure the safety of patrons and staff by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment.
- Complete daily reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any activities in accordance with BCLC and Chances/Berezan procedure manuals.
- Provide escorts to patrons and staff as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Report any health and safety concerns promptly.
- Understand and effectively communicate the Responsible Gambling (RG) program to customers.
- Review audit sheets and ensure they are completed and up to date.

- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to successfully obtain a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
- Must be 19+
